Terms
Terms of Membership
The club works because members look after each other. These terms put that in writing.
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and chic E boyz club, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("the club", "we"). By using the app or website you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.
Membership
- Membership is by invitation and approval. The club decides who is admitted and may decline an application without giving a reason.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
- Your membership is personal. Keep your password to yourself, do not let anyone else use your account, and tell us straight away if you think someone has.
- What you tell us in your application and profile must be true, and you should keep it current.
How members treat each other
- Discretion. What you learn about other members in the club stays in the club. Do not share members' profiles, contact details, guest lists or conversations outside it, and do not screenshot them for that purpose.
- Respect. No harassment, threats, abuse, hateful content or unwanted advances, in the app or at a gathering.
- No selling. Do not use the club to send unsolicited sales pitches, spam or mass messages.
- Lawful and honest. Do not impersonate anyone, post anything unlawful, or try to get around the app's privacy settings or security.
If something is wrong, report it from the conversation or profile and block the person. The club reviews every report. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or end a membership when these terms are broken, and we will act quickly when a member's safety is at stake.
Gatherings, venues and introductions
- Hosts decide who is seated at their gatherings. A request for a seat is not a guarantee of one.
- Partner venues are independent businesses. Perks and availability are set by each venue and may change. Your booking, spending and conduct at a venue are between you and that venue.
- You are responsible for your own conduct and safety at gatherings, and for following the law, including on alcohol.
- Introductions are offered in good faith. The club does not vouch for any member's business, investments or advice, and any dealings between members are their own.
What you post
You own what you share in the app, such as your profile, photos and messages. You give the club permission to store it and show it to the members it is meant for, only in order to run the club. You are responsible for having the right to share it.
Fees
The app itself is free to download. Any membership dues are agreed with the club separately and are not charged through the app.
Leaving the club
You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile, then Delete my account. The club may end a membership for a breach of these terms or of the club's standards. What happens to your information afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The service
We work hard to keep the app running well, but it is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or improve features at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of members, hosts or venues. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
You agree to cover the club's reasonable costs if a claim is brought against it because you broke these terms or the law.
Apple
If you use the app on an iPhone, these terms are between you and the club, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we change them, we will update the date above and let members know in the app when the change matters. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
