How can we help?

A person at the club reads every message. Members get the quickest answer from inside the app.

Members: open Messages and choose Write to the club.

Everyone else: email admin@chiceboyzclub.com.

Joining

Membership is by invitation. If a member has given you an invitation code, download the app, choose Apply and enter it. The membership committee reviews every application and will be in touch.

Signing in

Once you are accepted, the club emails you a link to choose your password. Then sign in with that email address and password. If the link has expired or you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot your password on the sign-in screen and the club emails you a new link.

Your profile and privacy

Edit your profile and choose which contact details you share under Profile. Contact details are only ever shown to members you have both agreed to share them with. Your membership card has its own switch for what anyone who scans it can see. You can also require Face ID to open the app. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Something is not right

If a member makes you uncomfortable, open their profile or the conversation to report or block them. The club reviews every report.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile and choose Delete my account. Your profile, contact details, connections and messages are removed. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address you joined with and we will delete it for you.
